What You'll Learn

This comprehensive training program covers proper grip techniques, footwork fundamentals, serve variations, clear shots, drop shots, smash techniques, net play, defensive strategies, and match tactics. Students will also develop their physical fitness, court awareness, and mental game. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills and confidence to play competitive badminton.
