With 15 years of professional coaching experience and a distinguished career as a collegiate and professional player, Coach Michael brings unparalleled expertise to every training session. He has coached championship-winning teams and developed numerous players who have gone on to play at collegiate and professional levels.

Training Details

Duration: 10 Weeks Program
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Class Size: Maximum 16 Players
Location: Professional Indoor Basketball Court
Equipment: Provided (Basketball, Training Gear)

What You'll Learn

Our comprehensive curriculum is designed to develop complete basketball players who excel in all aspects of the game. Each training session combines technical skill development with tactical understanding and physical conditioning.

🏀 Ball Handling & Dribbling

Master various dribbling techniques, crossovers, behind-the-back moves, and ball control under pressure.

🎯 Shooting Fundamentals

Develop proper shooting form, free throws, mid-range shots, three-pointers, and shooting off the dribble.

🛡️ Defensive Techniques

Learn man-to-man defense, zone defense, help defense, and how to guard different positions effectively.

🤝 Team Play & Passing

Understand offensive systems, reading defenses, creating plays, and mastering various passing techniques.

💪 Physical Conditioning

Build strength, agility, speed, and endurance specific to basketball performance.
