Our structured curriculum takes you from basic water safety and floating techniques to advanced competitive strokes. We focus on proper breathing techniques, stroke mechanics, endurance building, and water confidence. Each class is tailored to your individual skill level, ensuring you progress at a comfortable pace while being challenged to reach your full potential in the water.

With over 18 years of teaching experience and a background as a competitive swimmer, Emily has trained swimmers of all ages from beginners to national-level athletes. She holds advanced certifications in aquatic safety and has a passion for helping people discover the joy and freedom of swimming.

Program Details

Duration: 12 Weeks Course
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Weekend Classes: Saturday, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Class Size: Maximum 8 Students per Instructor
Location: Olympic-Size Indoor Pool

What You'll Learn

Our comprehensive swimming program covers water safety fundamentals, proper breathing techniques, freestyle stroke, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly stroke, diving techniques, flip turns, treading water, and competitive swimming strategies. Students also learn important skills like water rescue basics and understanding pool safety rules. By the end of the course, you'll have the confidence and technique to swim efficiently and safely.
